El Bio 20 es el único equipo en su especie que “suaviza” el agua sin usar ningún tipo de resinas eliminando con esto; taponamientos, retrolavados y tiempos de regeneración, su costo de mantenimiento es nulo, su tamaño 85.5 cm x 33 cm permite instalarlo en lugares con poco espació.

Cuenta con pantalla digital y control computarizado de las funciones del equipo. La vida útil es de más de 15 años.

Como funciona:

       Durante el proceso en el Bio 20, la composición química del agua se mantiene intacta, ni se eliminan ni se añaden componentes. La emisión de ligeros impulsos eléctricos estimula la producción de nanocristales con propiedades aglutinantes de cal (Dureza) y ya en forma de cristal se arrastran y se eliminan sin depositarse en calderas, torres de enfriamiento, tuberías, superficies, eliminando el uso de costosos productos químicos, aumentando la vida útil de sus instalaciones y reduciendo al mínimo sus costos de mantenimiento.
Los equipos son importados de Alemania.

Funcional Description.

The unique process in the BiO 20 differs from conventional limescale control techniques.

Thanks to a new type of process developed by us the water’s tendency to deposit limescale is reduced. The BiO 20 releases small seed crystals, which the excess limescale in the water docks onto.

This means the limescale remains suspended and does not settle.
Pipes, household surfaces, heaters, cooler towers and household appliances remain lastingly protected from harmful limescale deposits!

How does the BiO 20 technique work?

Inside the BiO 20 there is an expanded titanium metal (the anode) and a stainless steel brush (the cathode).

As soon as the water flows a pulsating direct voltage is applied to these two electrodes, so that an electrolytic current flows between the electrodes.

This causes the limescale dissolved in the water to be electrolytically precipitated: Tiny natural seed crystals form on the cathode (the stainless steel brush).

By simultaneously rotating strippers, the seed crystals deposited on the round brushes are cracked off – a safe, mechanical method.
This cracking off catapults the seed crystals into the flowing water.
If the water contains more limescale than the natural equilibrium requires, the surplus limescale docks onto these seed crystals and becomes friends so to speak.

This friendly connection removes the tendency of the surplus limescale particles to, e.g. deposit in pipes and household, heaters, cooler towers, appliances.

Because the BiO 20 works without additives or salt, you do not have to store and dose any external materials. This offers a large degree of security and continuous operation. Once installed the BiO 20 does its work without having to be checked.
